what does the radar chart mean at the start?

That says stream, air, voltage, chaos, and freeze?

I know it has to do with the different types of steps, but what exactly?

Stream = difficulty and lengh of 4th and 8th note streams
Air = amount of 2 arrow jumps
Voltage = concentration of arrows (more arrows packed together is more voltage)
Chaos = amount of 16th, 24th, 32nd, 64th notes in song
Freeze = amount of freeze notes in song.

Stream is any stream, and Air applies to triples and quads too. But, you got the rest right. :P

wth i didnt know theres 64th steps i thought 32nd was the closest togather.

I've seen some 64th notes, but never in a real long stream. Usually like, right after a freeze arrow where you can't see it cause the stepfile maker is an ASS.

Well if can modify the radar numbers in the dwi, they must just be proportional to whatever steps are in the file right? cuz i turned them all up to full, and nothing happened, then tried all at 0 cept one, and nothing happened.... am i right?
