I just use asterisks because I know that the filter will kick in. Might as well use asterisks since it is faster to type than a combonation of letters.

I just type the words, although it would be better if the swear filter was like this:

instead of **** it would be @%!$

Kind of like that.

Hey, Bemanistyle removed the swear filter.

I use the words because I know they'll be caught and I don't have to distort the words in front of me at all.

Why would anyone use the asterisks? They would be far slower to type out than the actual word.

Anyone who uses asterisks sucks at typing.

I still want Wilkin's idea implemented for the swear filter.

Filter is so much faster. Only people who type with 1 finger will find the asterisk faster.

Where I grew up, swearing wasn't cool until 5th grade.

I always type out the words. I don't give a **** about the swear filter.

However, the swear filter works quite nicely for my sig. If you've seen what it's referencing, you'll know why.
