Default Suggestions for Medium Difficulty Stepfiles?

I've been getting back into FFR after getting a new computer, and thought that it might be useful to have get some stepfiles for StepMania to help me practice and hopefully improve. The only problem is I'm not as good as many of you. Most stepfiles seem to be made for the top level players, which I'm definitely not. I got those community packs from the sticky threads and tried a few songs, but many didn't have anything lower than heavy difficulty. So I was wondering, can anyone suggest some good stepfiles that a lower level player like me could play and use to practice? I guess I'm looking for some decent stuff with light and/or standard level play options so that I can try to work my way up to the heavy stuff that most people seem to play. Thanks for any help you can provide.

I think you should start off with 'KBMP' and practice with a C mod (C400). You might fail a lot, but always keep going until you get it right, its how I started. But if you want something to try before that, try AAing all the DDR 10 footers first.

Get all of Plaguefox's mixes. They're all really easy but that's what you want, right?

Also, snag the ITG1 and ITG2 packs.

Thanks for the suggestions. I did get the DDR files before, so I should still have them around. They were on my old computer; that's primarily what I played when the computer couldn't handle FFR. The 100% accuracy needed for AAAs/PCs is always tough for me (I think I tend to slip into swing eighths instead of straight eighths at times), but as I recall, I usually did pretty well on the DDR files. I think I could get As or AAs on many songs. I may not have been great at the hardest songs on the hardest level though, so I can keep working on DDR songs.

I've heard about these C mod things, but have no idea how to implement them. If it's something that would be useful, could someone explain it to me? Thanks.

I'll look for the Plaguefox mixes and those ITG packs. Hopefully they won't be too hard to find. "Really easy" is a matter of opinion. If you're highly skilled, then what's really easy to you could be a challenge to me. So maybe that is what I want. With FFR songs, I have FCed most of the easiest songs (by the chardish/jimerax scale) and passed most of the middle level songs (not always well), but the hardest songs are generally too hard for me. That should give you some idea of where I'm at.

Get CKBMP 1 and 2. Plenty of standard steps, and heavy/oni charts are also there when you're ready for harder files.

edit: oh, you already had them. Go get the ITG and DDR packs then I guess.

When I say 'rly easy' I mean 'I could pad this stuff'.
