Credits per song??

Is there a limit as to how many credits you can get after clearing a song? I can't seem to get any more than 11-14, even after clearing very challenging songs.

Best you can get is 24, and it's reliant on score. So long but easy songs are your best bet for lots of credits.

Actually, my mind may have slipped and it may be 25, but the most I see is 24.

25 is the credit limit, to get that you have to amass a score of 1.5 million or better.

And yes of course there is a point to playing harder songs:

1) To get better
2) Because credits mean crap all, especially when you have 10,000+
3) Playing harder songs normally equals getting a higher score, which bumps up your total score, which is more important than credits.

1.5 million??? I remember getting all perfects and 1 good on songs before and didn't get a score like that.

Those songs didn't have enough steps.

Yeah, if you want a score of 1.5 million or better I think you need a combo of around 600-700.
