And I need a tutorial or something. Would be nice if somebody could explain what everything does.

Anyway, fool around with stuff. Take a random picture off the internet and just mess around with everything in the menus. Don't just limit yourself to filters. Mess around with colors by going to image > adjustments. Add some text and go to layer > layer style to make it glow or add a shadow. Just do whatever. Google "Photoshop tutorials" or something like that.

p2l like stopped putting up tag tutorials a while ago. Most likely, that's what the OP is going to be trying to do, unless he's gonna try BG's or something.
