Good keyboards for FFR?

Okay, so I was at school today in the small computer lab, which the teacher left for about 50 minutes. So i figure I'll go play some FFR. I give Uber Rave a try (which I can't usually finish thanks to the long stream at the end) and I clear it. Amazed, I move on to FOTBB. Cleared. Revo? Not cleared, but close. I wonder if the keyboard at school had anything to do with it. I'm wondering if maybe the keyboard I have at home (a Logitech wireless keyboard) isn't the best for FFR purposes. Do any of the really really good players (Reach, Arch, Volk, etc.) have any advice?

Well even if you dont want me to respond to this. Doesnt matter what keyboard you use,I try to use ones that are not stiff and hard to press down preferably a new keyboard.

I'm right. Here's why.

The keyboards at school have "hollow-in-the-center" keys - the 4 corners are higher up than the center. It's easier to keep my fingers on those keys, as opposed to the keys on my keyboard, in which the keys actually slope down (wtf?) so it's easy for the fingers to slide off.

There are a few things you can do to make the keyboard better. This is one of the best, but can be real stinky.

Rub WD-40 into the underside of the keys. (Suggestion: It helps to pop the keys of the keyboard first) Just make sure you don't leave any actual drips of liquid that could drip on the circuitry and short out the keyboard.

I have a standard white microsoft keyboard

And I pwn with it,

I don't know what's so bad about it.

The keys go click click so it's easy to keep onbeat.

But I naturally hit the keys really hard anyway.

Ya, I just have a standard keyboard, but I would really prefer a better one, but you can pwnd with basically any keyboard you get used to... But I do a BIT better at the one at my house but not alot... I like the ones that make lots of noise ;p but it doesn't make much of a difference I just hear the beat more clearly.

wireless will lag slightly.. not much at all.. but slightly more than a keyboard w\ wires.. tis why you dont find many gamers that use them or lan centers w\ them.. so the few tiny itty bitty fragments of lag that you get from a wireless to wired and such could be the reason for it.. or maybe your hand was possessed..

I use some $10 keyboard/mouse combo and it works well. Except it clashes with my computer.

I'm good with the keyboard, but the computer's just too slow!

At school (heh), the keys are depressed in the middle, great advantage, but there's two navigation buttons right in the top left and right, so on finger slip, and you just went back to the homepage.

I've never used a MS Natural Keyboard. That must be a good thing.
