I was looking up FF7: AC clips on Google Video, and I came up with this! This is incredible...

Removed because rules are rules, no matter how bendable, and believe me, this rule has been bent [okay, how about, say, 940?] degrees. If you really want to watch the movie, basic internet knowledge will lead you to it.

I don't know... I think it's legal... Google never got rid of it.

EDIT: It's been more than 4 days since this movie's release. I think Google would know about it... so I guess I'm not sure.

i pirated the japanese version with subtitles back in decmber or soemthing. I think ill go get the dvd anywyas just so i can say i have it rofl. plus id like to hear what crappy voices they put to each character.

After having first seen this movie in Japanese and flipping through a few scenes from this, I'm not very impressed with the English voice acting.

It isn't legal; the movie's copyrighted, and I highly doubt that they gave permission for it to be distributed over the internet.

Artistically, the best scene is Vincent's first appearance, when all you see a big red cloak.

The most technically interesting part is when you see Barret's hand transform into a gun. I have an incredibly vague idea of how CGI programs work, but shifting the shape of a hand into a spinning rotating thingy seems like it would be terribly complicated.

What blew the most about this movie? The music. Man, the soundtrack throughout the movie really blows. Did you hear that generic drum 'n bass during the motorcycle stuff? Ick.

The best part of the movie: All the jumping. Someone needs to do some kind of research into the physics of super jumping, or what Double Jumping, if possible, would look like.

Edit: Now having watched it to my satisfaction, I will remove the movie. =P

Edit Edit: Now having removed the movie, I ponder if the thread still serves a purpose, or if it should be locked. Hmmm...

Yeah, he was my favorite in the movie, but talk about sudden appearances. Not having played ANY of the Final Fantasy games, I had no idea who any of these people were except for Tifa and Cloud. It should have had a deeper introduction to clear all their "friends" up.

Hahahaha, the only good series/movie with drum 'n bass was Love Hina because it didn't fit at all.

I have to agree with this. Come on, if you had wanted to see it you would have gotten it months ago another way. There was about 4-5 different ways of getting it.

I don't care what anyone says, I liked it. I've never seen the Japanese version, I probably will soon, but this version is just.. good. The fight scenes were awesome, and I think that's a universal language that everyone can understand.
