Yeah. I know it's nothing special, being at 71 and all. But I figured I'd share it anyway, since I was kind of proud of it. o.o;

I take it that is on the hardest difficulty setting?

Also... any plans on speedrunning the game after beating it a few times? There is a thread for it over at speeddemosarchive.com

Nah, it's still on Normal mode, unfortunately. =/ Gotta run the game on Proud yet. But I do intend to start another game for the purpose of beating him at level 50 or below, as well as starting speed runs on some games, this included.

That was gonna be my next question for everyone. Anything you'd like me to try? I'll have some free time in the next few weeks. It's not limited to KH2, either...Anything at all. =/ I'm going to be bored as heck.

Maybe I'll just speed-run Proud mode.

if you plan to, DEFINATELY check out the SDA forums... great resource for people planning on doing runs, strategizing, and sequence breaking. Although with a game like KH2, I don't think there are many sequence breaks.

For speed runs, the only game I've been thinking about doing is Road Rash 3 for genesis... but a few things are holding me back. Like I've never even tried getting to level 5, let alone beating it... and I have no idea what the proper strategy would be for earning money and/or which bikes to buy and when.

So, has anyone tried speedrunning KH1 or KH2 yet? I don't even have KH2, but I can probably beat KH1 in an hour or so.. if that's even possible.

I speedran KH1 in 17:20. I know that's slow but that was literally a day of KH1 for me.

Wow you got hit so many times. I beat him at like level 45-50 on Proud Mode because his attacks are so easy to dodge. And the fact that you can just mash X to beat him effortlessly.

um......nice video i liked it but anyway i know this topic on sephiroth but if anyone want the ultima weapon get ur moogle to lv 8 and get everything else you need for the ultima weapon except that instead of 13 Orichalcum+ get 7

I beat Sephy on Beginner lvl 50 w/ no potions. But it was beginner*sigh*
You did very good Neonatris. Kudos

I have one tip that helped me beat him.
2.) Limit is your FRIEND! Be sure to use it. Try to use cure as less as possible.

Yeah when I heard he was gonna be in KH2 I thought he would actually be incredibly super-duper omnipotent. Instead he just meh. Probably the only thing I really enjoyed from that game along with the secret ending.

Moogy, make a game and make a super-duper omnipotent boss that takes every ounce of gaming skill aquirable.

Wow, you did kinda get hit a lot. I beat him a while back at level 47 on Proud mode without any potions. I couldn't do it any earlier than that, because I needed the Once More ability, since I always seemed to get comboed at least once towards the end. By the way, I think round 49 of the Hades Cup is much harder than Sephiroth. Try never getting hit during THAT fight.
