Slow Motion Game!!!
For those people want the arrows to go slower, I have a way to trick your brain to make it look like they really are slower.
1. Play with the new left side or right side template arrows for about 5-10 games. 2. The arrows move faster because there is more of the screen for them to cross. This means arrows that were close on the up side template are now further away. Play a )))) level you already know very well!! 3. Now after a few games, go back to the up side template. After watching the arrows zip by, the arrow will seem to creep by like snails. If you had trouble with some runs in a song, play the sideways template, and then go back to the regular up template. The runs will seem a lot slower. |

Play side mode and turn your monitor on its side.

how about do this my way its easier and improves skill at the same time.
Go on SM,Play song called " A " on standard or heavy whichever your confortable with. Choose 2x or 3x ( i play 2 on heavy 3 on standard ) Play the level 5 times, then play it again but reverse the arrows,MIRROR option. or one of those options. Come back to FFR,your timing should be improving already and the arrows will seem super slow trust me...playing Zombie room now is like doing mario lol |

If you did turn the monitor on its side, you could also turn the keyboard sideways. Then the arrows would go faster and be further apart. If you went back to the old way after that, it would feel real easy also.

Just play SM a bunch and either A. FFR will become really easy, or B. FFR will become really hard to read

Yeah, but that's because you can't play songs on 3x on FFR...one of the reasons I don't play it much 'cause after you've been playing SM for a long time it's weird playing all of the songs without mods.

For me it's a combination of that, and the way the arrows are flat, and tend to get bunched up... I can do fine on Caprice though cuz it's 400 bpm XD
