You should of checked a few pages about your idea. I came up with that idea a month ago and they said it's because something. The guy didnt know the anwser. As far as I am concerned it is all of our idea, like Fox said, we all had it at one point. who cares where the credit goes, lets just get the thing. lets bug whom we can, when we can. most importantly, more important than props (you my boy, Shinto!)

Ok, I am now unofficially the simfile nazi, and will take it upon myself to seek out and destroy the heretics that choose to copy simfiles. The searchbar could help with this enormously. For the sake of the FFR simfiles DB, and with the mortifying amount of time it takes to search it, I believe this is the best FFR suggestion. ever. VIVA LA SEARCHBAR!

I also suggested a daily simfile limit cap. Or maybe an overall simfile limit cap. There are some people that submit about 200 simfiles a day. How can they all possibly be of any quality.

.....Those buggers with their autogen steps...That's a good idea. Using sakura unlimited as an example, they uploaded, I don't know, 40-50 sims in one day, the first three were worth playing, the rest were copies and BS. I would suggest a simfile tester, but that job would suck after awhile, because FFR only gets awesome quality sims once in a while.

the thing about crappy step files... I will admit that there are some submitions that are UTER CRAP! crap on an uber level, infact. I would also agree that someone who's job is to check the files for validness (if thats the right word) would ge old fast. that job belongs to all of us. I submit that there should be some sorta voting system to support how well made a stepfile is or to throw it into the abyss of failure (just like Newgrounds) I also belive that if someone does not like a stepfile, they can alter it, edit it. Easiest I have found with Stepmania (I recomend the whiners (if thats how you spell it) to download it). And yes, I do realize that is what people do now.

However, no matter your opinion on how well made the stepfiles are and what complete crack heads submit the trash we fall for, we must remain united in the one philosophy, the one cry
