Short Version: Type English right, don't measure quality with quantity, and don't be a bit**.
Long Version: Judging by your posts, you do sound like you are 15 years old as you say, however, you're really immature for your age because you don't give a sh** about what anyone has to say about yourself, and you try to force yourself upon others without any compromises (lol complicated sentence). just so you know reading sentances with incorect speling and no punctuation to indicate a place to stop is really quite hard to read and understand as you can see by this sentence not having either of them existing and just not stopping in general until now To answer your question, only files that have good quality should be submitted to the internets (although that doesn't happen too often). Quality cannot be measured with quantity, but without much quantity, then it isn't that good. So it doesn't matter how much you have made previously as long as you think it's a good simfile, but don't just make small simfiles that don't last very long. Also, this is in the wrong forum.
