Since I moved up to playing constantly at C611 I've been getting better still. These are good FC's for me.

WTF at your MA, dude. I can forgive your Geno's Woods just because it's an Arch0wl stepfile, but honestly, I thought you were better than this.

I was always fast enough to hit things, and accurate enough to hit all of them for an FC. But I still am not too hot with MA/PA. But then, I haven't even been working on it, just working on improving speed and hitting them all. For 2 months on SM I think it's alright, but guess I need to keep it up and keep improving, ahwell I'll get better.
Why, what are you getting on these, so I know what a respectable MA/PA is? Just I'm not exactly Thaor level, so don't go saying I should be getting 20 perfs or something =[ |

Well, now that I think about it, C611 would make it hard to get accuracy up. Try C640 or so and see what happens. I have accuracy issues myself because shrinking the screen doesn't work for me in songs with jump streams, but never give up hope...who knows, you may start playing one day and find that your accuracy has skyrocketed. It's happened to me before.

Why is everyone always trying to push it ? Just accept it takes time. You go through the first phase were you can FC / AA stuff real fast, and you think: "wow, i'm so good at this game.", and then there is the long long long time where your MA crawls up really slow, and you think: wtf, I started so good, and now I'm not improving anymore?
Everyone adapts to the game pretty quickly, but the MA takes practise for everyone. |

My MA is terrible and I've been playing for a little less than a year, I noticed an improvement on easy things but seriously just give it time. I'm not joking when I say the arrows just seem to move more slowly and make more sense as you start to get better.

Thanks for the comments guys. I have noticed a steady increase in my noticing of arrows, that's why I'm moving up to C611, I hope to end up around C650 constant, but if it's too fast I'll stick to C611, as it's a pretty decent speed for me. I don't actually mind too much about MA/PA at the moment, just FC'ing what I see as hard songs is fun, that and trying to constantly improve any of my other scores, I couldn't dream of comparing myself to people here, I'd get creamed. I tend to "brag" just stuff I'm happy with, not really to say "hey I can pwn you all".
emccky - Yeah I know about igotrhythm. Why did you think I asked "Why, what are you getting on these, so I know what a respectable MA/PA is?" Because, and no offence, but I don't think you can get what I got there without a lot of attempts. That Cold Scream was 2nd attempt and I still say it fucking rules, MA/PA or not. Air and Omega were two of the first songs I ever played, FC'ing those are like passing any expectations I had. I'm happy heh. |
