I'm sorry if this topic doesn't go here, but can someone get banned from chat for no reason?

It is possible, but odds are that if you were banned from the chat, you deserved it.

Well thats just it.I didn't do anything, really.When ever i click on chat it says i've been banned for 363 days.

Well, you really should have gone to a chat mod or an admin. Us forum people can't help you with this.
