Anyone know one that isn't outrageously expensive and doesn't require a credit card? Paypal is ideal (but the last one I tried with paypal wanted me to enter a credit card when I signed into paypal... so it was paypal, but it needed a credit card anyway)

I got onto PayPal many years ago, but they didn't require a credit card then. They just needed one of those or your bank account number to get moneys.

It's not paypal that requires it. Paypal doesn't even require a bank account, though I do have a bank account attached. The site requires a credit card to be registered in paypal. I've used paypal many times without a credit card.
