East-Coast Ensemble

Ok, so I've come to the conclusion that a majority of the populus of FFR lives on the East coast. So I propose to you that we have a huge FFR meet up in the month of June at some remote location in the center of all of us. For instance, Cedar Point (Not an actual possibility seeing as it's like $2346782340284 to get in) is relatively in the middle of all of us and wouldn't cause much of a problem to anyones parents because A) It's the Summer B)You most likely travel to places in the summer.

And for all of you West coasters that would like to come, I suggest you get a job, save up some money, and do all that other shit.

Now, we just need to brainstorm where exactly to go.

Random location, Nashville, TN? I don't even know if they have any bemani related stuff, it was just a guess.

EDIT: Nashville has nothing good, an ITG1 machine that costs $1.88 to play. (5 songs)

It's not in the east, but how about Nebraska? There's an IIDX RED machine in Lincoln, and an ITG2 machine in Omaha. I don't know anything about any other bemani games yet.

MI is really the best place, because it has a lot of Bemani stuff.

We can't do TN or OK cause those are in the middle of nowhere XD

I know nothing about places with good arcades really, but I'll look up some places with some good Bemani stuff.

An amusement park would definitely be the best bet, considering most parents won't drive 3 hours to go to an arcade.

I could make it to Cedar Point though, that'd be awesome. Another suggestion would be King's Island in Cincinnatii, I've been plenty of times.

Or how about Orlando, Florida? Lol, has like 3 water parks, Disney World, Universal Studios/Islands of Adventure, and about 2 hours away is Bush Gardens and Adventure Island(water park).

And there are TONS of beaches in Florida not to mention.

I'm sure I could talk Nima and/or Anuj to going to a meetup in Michigan if I really tried. Thinking about it now, Michigan would be the best place to have one. My dad just started a job and can't take any vacation time for another year so I couldn't go that way. Someone would have to pick me up unless I can find a way to go by myself.

Seriously though, Playdium is like the day in one spot. There's food (though it's horribly overpriced so we can just go to whatever fast food is in the area), tons of games, a virtual coaster, cart racing (which none of you stand a chance against me at, sry), golf, batting cages, etc. It's seriously awesome and costs $20 for 2-4 hours of gaming. Worth the extra hour of gas for coming to the frozen north.
