Default The Books: Take Time

I'm sorry guys this isn't one of those stupid IDM stepfiles with retarded 16th streams and random jumps or DanTheMan retarded sharpnel gabber with 220 bpm yellow notes.

This is something else.

I hope my 5-minutes-to-open-stepmania will be worth this.

If your stepmania took 10 minutes it would be worth it.

I have seen syncing to vocals done correctly once so far. While it was a nice effect, I kinda hope people don't take to it because no one knows how to do it right (I wish I did)

i expect people to be a bit nicer on the internet in general...i mean, i hate the music most people like (see: mtv, radio) but i don't go around those boards and post better music while making other musicians seem like losers. aperson/moogy need to lighten up and just keep making their own files (which are good for the most part), because being a dick won't fix anything - and when the masses enjoy something, you have to let it be.

the file was all right, but i don't like stuff that syncs to vocal samples like that - the technicality was sweet on par with the guitar rhythms though.

Great file, synched VERY well, and though I'm not a fan of slow files, I still found this one very fun.

Great job, ap.

PS: Fusion, get some of ap's other files. They're much, much harder than this.

Why do you always have to hate on us just because your sims suck? Maybe you should actually try making something good. And you JUST stepped Left and Never Came Back and Manchurian Candy when in that other thread you said stepping IDM was no longer cool. And yeah, ****** is a great insult. you really are pathetic and wouldn't know a fun simfile if it bit you in the ass.

Huh, I don't go on FFr much so I don't know how to get around the censor but whatever, it was f-a-g-g-o-t in case anyone cares to see how immature aperson really is.

Oh man, that was a blow right where it hurts DTM. Maybe it's because I was at least doing something different with the songs. I consider LANCB the last IDM song I needed to step because I pretty much perfected the IDM stepfile on it. Manchurian candy isn't really IDM, I think the term you're looking for is VGMusic.

Regardless, go back to stepping 200bpm Sharpnel Gabber and throwing 32nds and 24ths into nvoise songs, ******.

Oh and in case you missed it, everyone seems to love manchurian candy so nice point on that whole my simfiles sucking thing!

IDM is a dumb loose term anyway. most genre labels are.

(DTMit's all about preference maaan. let ap do his thang and you do your thang. i like your thang more anyway.

I seriously doubt this style will catch on because it's much more difficult to make a good fun stepfile with it than IDM.

I know it's pointless to argue about these things since it's all a matter of taste so I will leave it at this. Many people find your files fun, many people find my files fun.

I like what onreload said: "it's all about preference maaan. let ap do his thang and you do your thang. i like your thang more anyway."
