right hand: middle and ring, up and right left hand: pointer and middle, down and left screwloki HOW DO YOU PLAY LIKE THAT? Your right hand is on the left side of the arrows and your left hand is on the right side of the arrows. Also the way you put it, your right hand is upside-down. LOL i would love to see someone play like that.

Well, usually I just play two fingers or standered, but I'm starting to play with my thumb. Middle finger on left, index on up and down and thumb on right.

One Hand. Index for left, Middle for Up/Down, Ring for Right. On an up/down combo, I use my Middle Finger on the Up, and my Index on the Down.

Wait.. stop jumping down everyone's throat.
We are all not "seasoned" forum veterans like yourself. Take a time out, braeth, and think that maybe the same topic an be posted more than once. Why? NO ONE HAS THE TIME TO GO THROUGH EVERY THREAD TO SEE IF IT HAS BEEN POSTED BEFORE. Lay off for a little bit. Instead of being pissy, just don't answer. Mal ((Directed to EvilBean, not everyone is such an ass.))

Here's the Quad Technique for people who can make their brain think of each finger as always being assigned to one key. It is real easy for 2 keys-at-a-time combos as soon as you learn the technique.
It uses the index and middle finger on both hands. Place your left hand in front of the keyboard for the left arrow (left hand, middle finger) and right arrow (left hand, index finger). Your right hand is over the 10 key, fingers facing towards the middle of the keyboard. If your hand is big enough, you rest the thumb just under the "0", "Period", and "Enter" keys, with the bottom of your palm resting just to the right of the "+" and "Enter" keys. The down key is your right hand's index finger, and the up key is the right hand's middle finger. After in this position, you can find more comfortable locations to rest your hands. This is for a standard keyboard, and is really hard to use on a Microsoft Natural, but can still be done. (Main Problem for your brain!!!) You will switch the Up and Down Arrows in your head in the beginning. Just keep at it, your brain will adjust. |
