That's right, folks, I SDGed Reality...on Standard, though. I'm not fast enough to do Heavy because even though I play two-handed, I seem to have the speed of a one-hander. I'm just glad I was able to FC those trills, but this was rather unexpected.
![]() I still have to work out some kinks before I can highscore anything on Heavy, though. Like my ability to FC a left-handed 32nd trill in Synesthetic. I've done it a couple of times, but it's not something I can do on a regular basis. 32nds are also fucking up my attempts at AAAing Composer Standard, and it turns out I'm not half as good with jumpy streams as I thought. Oh, and Ridder...if all you're going to say is that I need to do Heavy songs, you might as well STFU. I'm only a couple million away from doing just that on songs like As Do I, Katz and Rollercoaster. Grind Me To Dust's 16ths are a little too fast for me to PA, however...I've only cracked nine digits on that one a couple of times, and I can never quite seem to hit that last jump. That reminds me...I need to get back to when I was able to AA Chekan Winter Heavy. TTFN! |

16th streams faster than about 200 bpm drive me insane. It was nice to have been able to combo, but when I saw the SDG, I was all "HOLY SHIT! A high score? Whoa."
You must understand that I have a disadvantage compared to a lot of you: Asperger's Syndrome. It's an autism-related disorder that is characterized, among other things, by below average hand-eye coordination and a lack of motor control. Do not judge someone until you have walked in their shoes. |

I mean, nobody will shoot you for trying, post some scores of heavies AND standard if you really have to, but just standard... thats like: "Uhu. I have no clue for the life of me how hard / easy that song is, but it's on standard, so it's prolly piss easy." And if I watch your scores on FFR, where you sometimes beat me on, I wouldn't say you would be THAT bad on heavy. At least people see scores they can interpret better. |

I can't MA on r2 because when i play SM i stare at the grade i get for the arrows, like marv, perf, etc. and on r2 it's like halfway down the screen while in SM it's way higher

The song is 8th runs with 2 16th trills. It's pretty easy. I almost FCed it first time but its all offsync so I got lots of perfects. Play heavy.

I mean nobody will shoot you for trying _heavy_. I thought that was pretty obvious.
And are you really posting pictures to "please" people ??? If so, then either you or me has a wrong idea about this forum. My idea: you post (multiple) scores and ask people to compare, saying what kind of score sucks compared to the rest. OR, you post scores very often, and show some improvement, so people can react whether you improve good / ok / way too slow / whatever. OR you post a single screenshot about a very known song, so people know what you are worth right away. I really have a problem with people posting 1 single screenshot on a TOTALLY unknown song (or an unknown version, in your case, because NOBODY knows what the steps on standard in reality in that game look like), then expect reactions from people. So people either say nothing, and are bitches, or they react in a bad / non caring way, and then they are mean too. PS: Why you think I (almost) never post scores? I suck, I know people will say useless shit, because they are horrible for playing 10 months already. I posted some feet scores though, because I just started so nobody can blame me. In fact, I even got some really usefull information from that topic. One last thing: I must say I respect the way you stay calm, and don't fall into useless insulting. That makes you cooler than a lot of other people here. |

Hmm...interesting. (Second try, though.)
![]() The first miss came in the crazy-ass rolls at the very start (still can't hit those), but I managed to nail the part with the jumps Gamepro likes to whine about. (I audibly said "All right!" upon doing so, which drew some curious glances from people in the immediate vicinity. But I've been put on camcorder while playing Gradeus once, so compared to that, this was nothing.) Then I got the random miss to break my max combo while that 8th-16th-16th-8th jump pattern was still in effect. >_< If it wasn't for that second miss, I would have easily topped the one I got here by at least 100K. I would consider chasing the 1 million on this, but I'm a little bit tired. (I've given up on getting the smiling character in Fantranstic...my best on that is about 697K. Arrgghh...) |

Now for a shot that actually has something to do with the topic:
![]() About damn time, too. I just needed to get better with those 16th jumpy streams in the middle. (There, there's your Heavy shot, RealLife. Happy now?) Also AAed Chekan Winter for the first time in a long while with something in the 114 million range. Maybe dropping out of the TWG Players group had something to do with it? ![]() |

0 Misses, thats nice. Maybe you should more listen to the music now and purely go for MA... Like, getting 10 misses but more marvelous than you got there.
Then you comebine the 2 ![]() |

Maybe it guessed that if you played it you'd get a highscore and gave it to you before hand?

![]() Somehow I was able to AAA the first stream...all the greats came in the last one. Also, I can never seem to hit that last jump. Oh well, I just need to reach a little farther and I'll have my first ever high score on Heavy...hell, I might actually crack this one before I have a breakthrough on Katz. (Edit: CHECK THE POST BELOW FOR AN UPDATE!) Edit: Bonus Lost Trace score. I was somehow bumped off of the list of high scores, but armed with improved MA, I soon got back on track. (I have NO idea what I was hyped up on when I got my previous score of 4 greats, but with 100+ perfects, by the way.) ![]() |
