I have no interest in driving whatsoever. I don't go anywhere except school anyway. Plus, who wants to be driving out there with all those crazy assholes? Not me.

Driving is overrated. Looking at teenagers around me i was expecting to be completely "OMG CARS" at my age, but i'd rather walk or take the bus. Of course, nearly everywhere good in my town (mall, swimming pool, stores etc.) is within 45 minutes walking distance from my house. Not to mention that a lot of people at my high school who drive shouldn't be allowed to ever touch a steering wheel.

I didn't get my license until a few months ago, and I turned 17 in march. This is only because I failed the test in school, and didn't go to the DMV to take it until well...I felt like it. My friend and I both failed because we were too busy playing Advanced Wars 2 in class. I don't mean every now and then, I mean every single day. We pretty much blew by the course, but by the time the test came, we were like oh wtf. I got one more question wrong than I could afford and failed.

::shrugs:: Oh well, I have it now, so I don't really care. We, unlike the rest of the class, had our priorities in order by becoming expert war strategists instead of learning how much you could drink without getting arrested.

I drove to Cleveland the other day, just to hang out with some friends and go to some kick ass parties. Then I drove back towards St. Louis, stopped in Indianapolis, and partied a night there. Now I'm back in St. Louis, going to go in the city tonight to see some rock shows and go to some clubs.

Congrats on 16. My little sister turns 16 in Feb.
