I'm usually not the type to brag much say anything at all but since you guys have a board for it I'll brag a little. This isn't much to boast about but I JUST played my 2000th FFR game since I joined on August 1, 2004. 1139 of those games were MP and the break down is 973 wins and 166 losses. The majority of the other 861 single player games were played within the last 6 months. It may come as a surprise to some people that I've only played 2000 games and accomplished as much as I did in such a short time but I guess that's just because I rock. Hahaa I'm such a bastard. Ok later.

We don't really know what you've accomplished, but 2000 games in over a year isn't a whole lot of games. I'm sure I've played more stepmania games than 2000.

Well for people who don't know what accomplishments I meant I meant getting to the top 50 in about 3 weeks and doin' it in less than 500 MP games. You're right it isn't that many and that's what makes it all the more impressive.

I agree for FFR rank but people with high MP ranks who aren't hackers usually got there because of their skill.

And to bill_clinton I played Stepmania but quit when all the people were using speed mods. I'm a HUGE purist when it comes to FFR/DDR. I ONLY play 1x and I only play up never left, down, or right mod. That's the way the song was created and that's the way I believe it should be played (at least as far as instances where competition amongst other players exists).

Using a speed mod to space out the arrows to make them easier to read is basically taking the original challenge out of a stepfile. I don't have any beef with people who use speed mods to make the game more challenging. Only the people who use them as a crutch.

The high MP rank people didn't get there from skill either, they just got it by beating bad people a lot.
I'm ranked 42 and I only see like 10 or so people that are ranked higher than me that can actually beat me, and only 7 that can consistently beat me.
