If it works for SM, then I will seriously consider it. Until then, I'll have to pass it up.

That is pretty awesome. You'll have to tell us how it works.
I wonder what the 2 free games it mentions are? |

USB?
That would be cool if you could use it for FFR, because you use it for those games they have there on the site.

... I wish I had 10 dollars for a crappy pad. I've been itching to be able to pad it up on SM, and I'm too poor to get a PS to USB port thing.

Hokay... This is a logical bump... Because I finally got the pad... And A LOT sooner than they said I would get it... How do I rate it though?
Well... It DOES work for SM... It works as a USB Joystick... So you can obviously use it for anything you'd want it for... But anyways... Woot for SM... Now... I've used not ALL different pads, but I've played all versions of DDR in the arcades, and all versions of DDR on PS and XBOX... So I'll kinda base my ratings of this pad against other pads on average... Sensitivity? Well... Sadly... It wasn't PRECISLEY responsive... I mean... When you hit the arrow... It registered... But a scootch laggy... I'll tell you right now... I'm not a bad DDR player AT ALL, and when I hit a marvelous... I know it's a marvelous, and not a silly great... So yeah... I'm also playing on a really thick carpeting though... So... Of course the pad will work differently for different surfaces... Traction? One thing I LOVE about my xbox pad is that for the first time ever, there is a pad that has a special material on the bottom to specially stick to carpeting and wood tiling... This pad... Much like the PS pads, does not have any type of traction material whatsoever... But I didn't notice the pad sliding much until I played heavy songs anyways... So yeah... Material? Maybe it's just cuz the pad is brand new... or it could be the type of plastic (Again... Cheap plastic compared to what the xbox pad uses)... I am not going to lie to you... I almost fell on my ass playing Sync and Rhythm & Police on Heavy (For any of you into DDR that much, you'd know that there are A LOT of L-D-R R-D-L type of steps that require you to switch stances, instead of facing forward the whole time) and that switching of stances made me slip A LOT... Cord? I don't know what else to rate about the pad... The cord is long... So... Like... If you have to play far away from the PC, you'll be able to... I think the cord might be 3 or 4 or 5 feet? Not that much maybe... ~Shrug~ Buttons? I was excited to see that there were diagnol arrows, but I forgot to test out to see if there was a middle button... But if I remember correctly... I think there is... So if you're into PIU, have at it with this pad... Overall? For a free pad that has 9 buttons + start & select (Making it actually 11) & $9.99 shipping and handling, I would probably have to say if you have the money to spare... Then go ahead and buy the pad... And how often can someone say they play SM on a Kraft Macaroni & Cheese Dance Pad? I know I can. :P

but it's ALOT cheaper than the arcade, in the long run and the song selection is a million times better.
