Just to let everyone know, I probably won't be on Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday because Hurricane Katrina (Catagory 5: Winds <155) will probably hit northern Texas (where I live) and Louisiana. Power outages wil be possible and I might get a tornado here or there. So peace out and pray for Texas and Louisiana.

category 5? Christ. Good luck O_O
I've only had to sit through a category 2 (well, we didn't even get a warning =/) and that was bad enough. One of my best bubs is in louisiana right now too, dammit. XD

I agree, Rhyden, I hate where I live as well, but it's better then power-severing hurricanes.

I hate basketball.
My comment had nothing to do with basketball. It makes me want to hate you that you would even bring that up, as the basketball championship 2 years in a row now has really pissed me off because no one will shut the hell up about the Pistons. I've hated the state of Texas for years now. And Tass... <3 the topic title, man.

It's Texas. Why don't they just build a giant mountain or something to stop it? Isn't that what Texas does?

Yes, pray for New Orleans more than anything. The city is below sea level and with Hurricane Katrina at 175 mph winds, that could kill the city.
I woke up this morning and the first thing I did was check the status of Katrina, even though I'm in the middle of the country. This is the strongest storm I've ever seen, and is likely to get even stronger over the day. EDIT: Quote:
