Default Avatar: The Last Airbender

"When the hostile Fire Nation threatens to enslave the Water, Earth, and Air Nations, a reluctant and irresponsible boy must face his destiny as the Avatar, the Chosen One who can restore the world order. This new animated series centers on twelve-year-old Aang, who must forgo his selfish wandering to learn to master his latent powers over the four elements. Only then can he conquer the Firebenders, the evil magi who threaten the world."

I can't help but like this show. I thought it would totally suck, but it's well-drawn and has an unexpectedly good sense of humor. And it has some neat "psychic ninja skillz" action while still being kid-friendly.

You did make this thread better than that one though, so it's not so bad that it's a double post of it.

PS I never got around to working on the Teen Titans DWI.

I actually like the plot. I mean, nickolodean has some pretty fucked up random shows, but this one is just plain thought out. I do like the elemental powers that they have in the series. Lets just hope Nick doesn't fuck up this ending.

I really don't like nickelodeon, but I haveta say, out of all the cartoons on Nick, I can tolerate Avatar the longest.

I agree... as much as I could tolerate it, it's just not worth losing gallons of blood through pained tears...

Teen Titans>Avatar:The Last Airbender

That's my opinion.

Nick played a Speed Racer show a while back, much before this Avatar show.

Also, nearly all the "good classic" shows listed by others are played on Nicktoons. Nicktoons is one of, if not THE greatest channels ever.

Actually, the show also has really good character development too. I just realized that.
