ONOES!
I just remembered that my mother goes in for surgery on her thyroid on Tues. Can I rely on some prayer people here? After all, this is the only mother I get. I hope she gets though this alright. I'll let you guys know how it goes on Saturday. I would post earlier, but I have a BUSY schedule this week. Wednesday-Friday, I'm helping out with my church. See you guys soon.

I hate seeing people that are important to some end up in an unfavorable medical situation. So, you and your mother have my prayers. And as sarcastic as that last sentece sounded, it was said in full sincerity. Good luck to her.

Thyroid surgery isn't really extremely dangerous.
Both of my aunts had thyroid disease, my dad was being looked at too. She'll be fine, i'm sure. Good luck to your mom.
