Hello? NeoMax is purchased, so maybe he had 500 credits, cashed them in for NeoMax, and had less than 100 left, so he played the new song a couple of times.
There's also the theory that it's a new account, but there's no way an account that new would have NeoMax. I'm going to disregard that, then, and say... Whoa! Under 10 misses! Could you teach me how to do that?
