Your arrows disappeared and you can't select a genre?

Let's say you just played multiplayer and you want to play by yourself. You go to select the Dance genre. Your arrows that let you switch genres, just magically disappears. And to accompany that, the song selection screen doesn't come up.
Well guess what? It's not really a bug, you just forgot to change your playfield. To fix this problem, you go to the top of the game page, and click one of the playfields OTHER than the one with an "M" in it. Now you just fixed the problem and can now go on your merry little way and play FFR. I hope this halts some confusion with people!

hey, it doesnt work for me....
i hate that...
even if i click on the playfield(how the arrows will go?) it won't work..i cant choose the playfield neither
i only can click on Challenge,Shop en the characters...
other solutions?

Try clearing your cache or refreshing your browser

This is a bump to see if I could possibly get this stickied to halt the, FFR Song Selection doesn't open, and my arrows magically disappear.

When NOT multiplayering, I am now having that problem. I tried to play earlier today, and after clicking a genre, the arrows disappear and the song selection does not come up. I cleared my cache, refreshed the page, tried using a different browser, nothing seemed to work! I tried again later and still had this problem! I tried a minute ago and still did! I cannot play FFR because of this and that makes me a sad panda.

Well, you could always do what Tomberry said. At the top, Multiplayer is selected. Change it to up. Or down. Or right or left.
