if u are wondering about secreat songs they go by tour ffr credits.

Whenever you play songs u get credits. Every 50 credits you get, a song in the SECRET genre will unlock. You can also go to the FFR shop and use credits to buy new songs.

what about all the other not available songs in all the other rooms how do those get unlocked same way?

The other ones simply mean that there has not been a song placed in them yet. As ffr grows, they will eventually be replaced.
