It's not Pump It Up, didn't you read? PIU and ITG are 1 project.

Konami previously filed a lawsuit sueing(sp?) Roxor for making ITG kits that are used in Konami's DDR cabinets. So, I'm guessing Roxor decided to team up with the makers of PIU so that they could make their own cabinets. That's the only thing I really see out of it.

It's fun. Recently the Arcade at Putt-Putt I go to got one installed. I love the DDR machine, but it's falling apart and the dam owner won't fix it. So until he decides to sell or fix it, I'll be playing this. Already have a favorite song.

And also, I think I heard that Konami sent an amended lawsuit against Roxor. This dosn't sound good...

Yeah, when I posted that I didn't realize that roxor joined up with andamiro- then konami dropped the lawsuit.
overall this is a very good game, I kind of like it better than DDR. I've only played twice but I'm hooked. Still trying to get that stream at the start of Destiny Expert.

I played ITG2 while I was vacationing, and it was a lot of fun. However, I think it would be even better if the Andamiro and Roxor partnership allowed Roxor to use some of the Banya songs within the ITG games.

At first I hated ITG because it copied DDR, and I kinda liked PIU because It added a variety of difficulty with the midle pad. Now with the four panel dispaly, this might be the DDR Killer.

B3nj1 if you go through indy sometime soon you should check out the itg2 machine at laserflash. I haven't been to the one at pp but this one is near perfect.
