He doesn't use them because of the principle, that nothing should be better than a perfect (perfect = impossible to beat etc).

I don't know if that pad score is any good, I'll have to try it out sometime.

Well, turn marvs on anyway. Just because it says perfect doesn't make it the best judgment.

Perhaps. If someone can explain why it's so damn important to all of you.

I hate marv's, the reason I don't have them on is because I don't fucking care how many of my perfects are marv's. A AAA is a AAA regardless of the MA. I'm happy with DDR the way it is, I'm not gonna AAAA something anyway, nor do I care about my own MA, nor do I want to hear "omg you MA is so bad," because I simply dont' care about it.

"No marv's no point." What a worthless comment. It doesn't even make sense. I guess I didn't AAA any of the songs, because there was "no point" in playing them. It's certainly impossible to enjoy the game without them after all.

That's why I don't post here very often anymore, about half of you are encouraging and the other half of you are elitest twats who need to one-up everyone you can beat, call hax on everyone you can't beat and henpeck anyone who doesn't play the game exactly the same way you do.

But PsYcHoZeRo, since you asked so nicely, that's the reason i don't use marv's... because i don't fucking care.

Now, in 1000 words or less, why do you? :P

You obviously DO care because the default setting is Marvelouses on, meaning you took the time to turn it off.

Plus Marvelous-less score screens look ugly.

As a fair warning, all your topics are going to look much like this one, so if you're going to be annoyed with people every time they tell you to turn Marvelouses on, you should either turn them on or just stop making topics altogether, because you'll never hear the end of it.

Oh, and you have no right to call anyone elitist because you say you do this scoring system because "you like DDR the way it is". Don't know if you've noticed or not, but SM isn't DDR.

How did you get more greats on Doku than you did on Arrabbiatta? I black flagged Doku and I can barely SDG Arrabbiatta, and that's with some luck.

I have a problem with really long streams where I tend to zone out and start to slide off beat, most of the greats came in a row. It actually takes me a good number of tries to combo songs like Doku and Self-Bias Restrictor (or Resistor, whatever it is).

And uh, Kilga, lemme rephrase something, "I don't care about how many of my perfects could have been marvelous and therefore, I choose to turn it off."

And besides, I have a third option. Make topics anyway, and just kind of learn to ignore people's responses about my marv setting (I've had my sig the way it is the past year for a reason :P ) To me SM is the same thing as DDR, *shrug*.
