Are you stupid? He's obviously using the cheat device. He's blacking out the icons and an entire window. If he's this good at photoshopping, he would at least be able to shop those out.

it's a sloppy paint job.He blacked those out to arouse suspision. Look closely at the first picture, and notice a few of the following things:

the 13 misses. See how it has a poor edited square around it, as in the blurry defined area around it?
the easy-to-see 9999 edit-square?
the 25 credit box (yeah, really bad edit job...)
and how is "BEST SCORE" is missing

from the second picture, please note:

see his grand total score? look at the first picture. if he really got "99999874", then the score would be a hell of a lot bigger. Please note that the score for the song 'resistance' is actually bigger than his combined total in the second picture. And if he was scored so high, he wouldnt be ranked in the 6000's.

Um, no, sorry. I'm fairly sure the graininess/bluriness around all the text that you are talking about is something that just occurs in certain images of a lower quality. Besides, it appears around ALL the text on the screen, and there would be no need for him to photoshop certain parts of it that are always constant (like the big word "SCORE" at the top). For more examples of where the blurriness shows up, see this thread. It's still there, and it's obviously not Photoshopped, since he still got the high scores. :P

I'm going with tnyhawk on this one. Seems like the cheat device to me.
