This is a fun game.

I still really suck though. I'm not used to more than 4 keys, scrolling down, or how the keys light up (like IIDX and O2Jam do) and block my vision... I've barely played O2Jam and never played IIDX.

Plus the timing is a bit weird on here.

Oh and if anyone knows how to fix the text in game, let me know. Reach and I both have the problem of barely reading the text (we have to use caps to talk to each other). It was fine the first time I loaded the game... but now it's mostly unreadable.

Make sure you install the Japanese font and use IE.

Follow these steps, courtesy of NVLM.
Step 1
Step 2
Step 3

That's what the okay/agree button looks like... Open circle.

Then it'll take you to a login screen, which is here. Login, click Gamestart. It'll install the game. Then you'll have to do it again and it'll do a patch. If you get a dinosaur and a dancing egg screen after you install the game and before the patch, and it stays there, just ctrl+alt+del it and get the patch.

Reach and I were playing 5 key in the first room. Train a little first and set your keys to how you want them. Remember, right buttons are cancel and left ones are okay.

Couple questions though. What does your level affect? And is there any way to get more songs/difficulties for the songs? And is there any way to stop the results screen from automatically going away after a few seconds?

Level affects the rate you get experience, obviously. It also unlocks difficulties. There aren't a whole lot out there. I think once you hit 11 you'll have them all unlocked. However, an 11 is still tough. It's only beta. And the level you reach is the level of difficulty it unlocks.

And, I don't think so.

Well, if you think 5 keys too easy, then you can always play 7 key, it has like 12's and 13's. But yea, the 7+ songs are a decent challenge, and its new, so they'll be adding more songs to the game periodicly.

You need to install the japanese font.

I downloaded the japanese font from microsoft's website but it said I needed office XP for the install...where do I find the correct font?

Yea.. so far the only way I know is putting you Windows XP installation disk in the drive it asks for (not Office).
