did you cut and paste that from the site that lets you plug an extension in and it spits out the common program uses for?

and EPS, is only.eps, adobe illustrator happens to decode the format, but its native extension is .ai.. you have EPS as a program with an extension set...and its backwards....EPS is an extension all on its own...

Why is there a need for this when you can just google the extension?

Make sense now? I got all the extensions off Paint Shop Pro 8, by the way.

Inaccurate? Really?

Oh, and speaking of "accurat", you could use some spelling and grammar lessons.

My grammer is perfect, and the spelling atributed to the juice my son spilled on the keyboard. Still doesn't prove the useful aspect of the idea. To answer, your question: Yes, incomplete if nothing else. If you'd like an example - "*.ai" is an Adobe Illustrator file extension. While AI DOES also infer *.eps files as its raw native form, it is NOT EPS in and of itself. Therefore your cited examples are indeed wrong.
