I'm good with two hands, but I was wondering how you manage with one? (Two gets uncomftorble after a while, and itches are not fun...)

It's just your preference. If you like two hands, good for you. If you want to try one handed, go for it. You just get better as you practice.

ya, i'm pretty good now, up to difficult playing and i only use two when i'm button mashing (and what fun is that?) I really cant play with two hands, maybe it has something to do with the size of your fingers... i have really long and slim fingers.. like a girl =) (((yummm))))

Actually, you leave your three fingers on the left, right, and down, and if you need up,just move your middle finger up..
And if it's a up/down combo thing, just move your hand so your index finger is on up,your thumb on down. that's how I do it. |

I play one handed. if it's an up/down combo I hit both with my fuQ finger.

Hitting both up and down (lol up 'n down) with your middle finger is fast, but it's really inaccurate. You'll probably get a ton of greats and perfects if you try it on, say, something like my Dignity.
Regardless, I would not recommend playing one handed. It takes a long time to get good at, and it gets really boring once you are good. |

Also, when playing fast songs and the "left, down, up, right" streams of arrows come, u need to slide ur middle finger up right after the down arrow comes, which is uncomfortable and leads to blisters later on.
that's why i use two hands, and sometimes bring my right hand middle finger along with the index finger |

If you play with one hand, you'll never be good.
Unless you're awesome.

All the cool people play every style.
Except 4 finger. I'm Seriously. PS Whoever said hitting 28 type things with one hand will lead to blisters is full of shit. I've never had blisters from playing SM, and I used to play a LOT.

I play with three fingers on one hand. On the up-down jumps, I use my index for the down and my middle for the up. I haven't heard of anyone who does this before, but it seems to work for me. I've only been playing a little more than a month and I can FC One Last Battle and Boss Machine pretty easily now.
