For Moogy and Kefit (improvements)

Moogy: I improved Cynic quite a bit. The beginning, the 16ths, and the end still own me though.

Kefit: I couldn't improve the paranoia respect. The most I've gotten on that song is an 83 mil B anyway. I'm starting to do better on the jacks, but the 16ths still own me.

So here's a hellscaper score for you since I can't get PR. -_-

I'll update this post with a better PR score if I get it before my mom comes to pick me up.
