What shoes do u wear??

What shoes do you guys where when you play ddr. Basketball/running shoes seem to slip for me, so I use my skating shoes. Anybody else do the same???

The one time I got to go to the arcade and play some real DDR, I used my skating shoes too. They're perfectly broke in, so they worked great. Too bad I suck so much.

I use my crappy $5 shoes from China, just based on the fact that im poor and have no shoes :P.

I wear my black and white adidas shoes (those flat ones with the three stripes, that every other asian on this planet owns). They're actually pretty damn good...nice grip, and flat on the bottom. Can't get much better...but I've recently gotten into the habit of playing barefoot ahahah ("omgz ewww you r sick lolz")

I dont wear any shoes.

Arcade or Home, I still don't. Its easier for my feet and I have more stamina.

I got converse all star a few months back and my game has never been better. I could barely C paranoia survivor but the day i got converse i got a B on it. Coincidence? most likely

Yea, basically any shoe that's good for skateboarding should be good for DDR. Because of this, I suggest getting cheap Payless skate shoes like me. They're great, except some of the seams are breaking.... that's from my hardcore skateboarding though.

Mens Vans shoes are known to be great in quality. However, women's van shoes...are crap quality trend shoes that I refuse to ever even CONSIDER buying.

Me... just don't really care. As long as the shoe fits, isn't too loose or too tight, and doesn't have a hole down around the bottom, it's good.

I should play with boots one day....

Vans T.N.T.s or Vans Groccos are some of the best shoes to wear. Very light and easy to control.

I stopped playing barefeet when I got my hard pads. I was playing, and then my feet were pounding the pad so hard, the black stuff covered my feet and ruined my carpet, and now with my metal pad, the screws scrape me, because i'm lazy and don't get up off of the pad high enough when I hit other arrows

Doesn't that hurt in the arcade if you play barefoot?? I tried it because I was wearing sandals, and it hurt like hell because I kept on stepping on the metal knubs...

I wear converse...its kinda hard to play DDR with them since they stick so much...but thats why they invented BABY POWDER!!! XD!! yesh i put baby powder on the bottom of my shoes before i play......but they song that i usually mess up on with my converse would have to be MAx 300.......they can be little pains sometimes....^___^

Duffs.. don't remember what "model" of shoe they are, but they're very nice. Skater shoes of course if anyone actually doesn't know.
I play without shoes on my metal pad though, I need to buy new panels, 3 of them are cracked >_<
