Mega n00b ahoy!
Hey I'm new to the site. I've always been kinda interested with DDR but I have a condition with my right knee (Im not gonna get into it) so I could never really play it so well. Well this I can actually play (too some degree anyways). So uh, about myself. I'm 19, from Illinois (USA), I'm male. I'm currently engaged to my girlfriend, Anna. Uh, I like PC games like Counter-Strike, gunbound, ragnarok online, etc. Also like anime, movies, rock/alternative music (I wish more songs in rock section), Oh I play one handed.
One thing I find amazing is the level of difficulty here. Since I could never really play DDR I never realized how insanely hard it is. When I first started I started with a standard song (forgot which) and I had failed within like 30 arrows. I've looked at the crazy difficult ones too. How do people get through these things with no misses or averages? That's crazy. I've been playing mostly the celldweller song in Rock (Which is easy) and I just got through it with single digit goods for the first time like my 50th time through. Uh, I think that is about all.

RE: Mega n00b ahoy!
I think the reason people always find FFR insane at first and don't understand how people can do so good on hard songs is because they look at the direction the arrow is pointing. Pretty soon, the direction won't matter because you'll have memorized the coloumn each arrow is in, enabling you to do faster songs.
Anyhow, welcome. |
