Inconsistant scroll rate
Hey all..
ive been playing FFR for a while now and everyone told me to get into stepmania. so i downloaded it and got a few songs from bemanistyle.com. but some of them like speed up and slow down particually when you get some holds or something is that normal? can you turn it off? its so annoying. Thanks guys  |

It is normal, as far as I know it's a change in the bpm. But I could be wrong, as I'm still an SM noob. And as for turning it off... have you checked through the options at all?

First of all, yes, it's normal. If you notice in the song selection, the BPM fluctuates.
To "change" it, play on a C-Mod (ie- C400). C stands for constant. ~Squeek |

Slowdowns and stops are part of the gayness of SM which I can't stand for the life of me. I pretty much always CMod everything, who cares if a few people I've never met think I'm breaking an unwritten code of a FREE GAME.

Meh, c-mods only makes things slightly easier. Me... I like the changes in BPM. Makes it a whole new flavor of gaming.
