I came across it searching through google because my friend said he saw this really awsome new sport type thing called 'Free Running'. It seems like fun and I might just get really into it. Looks like somthing to help a criminal get away from the cops but hay...its like a sport. You should read how the whole thing got started. View the pictures and stuff too. Would this look retarded in public? With more than one person of course...I am pretty sure it would look stupid by myself...but seriously...it's like doing things people haven't really thought about doing before.

It looked cool whenever I first saw the videos a long time ago.
That stuff is incredibly dangerous and takes extreme amounts of skill; it's not for the guy who hears about it on the internet. And it would be incredibly helpful if you wanted to escape from cops, depending on the situation, of course. --Guido http://andy.mikee385.com |

Interesting. I wish I could do stuff like that. Maybe... Ok, no. That'd be crazy. Respect the talent and awesome skill from afar. Good plan.

Great stuff, especially lots of the rail work that flows so smoothly. The long height jumps are fascinating to. Motion 101 was the most awesome video.

The first video i watched was that "No secrets - a gym session", and after watching that, I didn't think the rest would be very interesting, as quite alot of the stuff in that video I can do myself.
Watched a couple of others, like Motion 1.0, and my opinion greatly changed. These guys are great. Nuts, but great. |

Yeah my friend said he saw the TV special and told me to look it up on google. I just recently tried some of this and man what fun it is. Even the small stuff is extremely fun and not very dangerous such as jumping off a wall to a fence of which I did, hehe. All that stuff is mostly in the UK where all the huge awsome obstacles are though. There are no huge gaps or cool places in Anaheim, CA...but I sure can make use of whats here.
Just like they said "Imagine it as skateboarding, but without the skateboard" Of course I don't know if skaters jump 50 feet down and roll but hey, never know.
