why so many locked...

I'm new and have been readin these posts...in this forum it seems like you guys have hissy fits when things don't go your way...hence the many locked topics... why not let ppl have their say rather than block them out...

Well, we lock the topics when the idea isn't feasable, to make way for other suggestions. We are trying to keep the forum as clean as possible.

jk. since i'm the main one locking topics here... its basically what LD said. when a suggestion is offered, its replied to. 99% of the time its something that has either been suggested before, or isn't feasable at all... so we respond with the correct answer, and then lock the topic to prevent postwhoring.

no, this forum is ok... as its a suggestion for a modification to the forum rules, which is apart of FFR.

Instead of locking them, why don't you just get rid of them? Wouldn't that make it even cleaner?

They lock them so people can see that the suggestion had already been made.

Removing them causes more of the same topics to spawn.
