[PAD] Lobster Roll pack release

This is my first non-stamina pad originals pack since 2010. I had been out of the ITG scene entirely between 2012 and 2022, when I came back. A bunch of stuff had changed, but making simfiles was still something I enjoyed quite a bit - although I wasn't as used to pad stuff. I took it upon myself to start learning new tech and try some stuff out. This pack has a little bit of everything from light tech to heavy tech to stamina etc. You might even hear some old StepMania bangers from the boomer age.

Shoutouts to Gpop and Eaguru for helping step a couple files in this, and shoutouts to Hunter, Momo, and Dimo for playing some stuff and giving a bit of feedback.
