Default A Question About a Type of Music..

First I'd like to say.. I honestly didn't know where to put topic. I don't want to put it in the music forum because no one will see it.

I'm looking for more music of this kind or the name of the genre. It's like ambient choir.. Can anyone help?

The music I'm talking about is stuff like the music that plays in edit mode on the TechnoFiend theme on Stepmania. For some reason this music kind of reminds me of Super Metroid so there may be a little bit of this music in there too.

Maybe I'll find more examples later.. Right now I need to split.

Try typing in Ambient Choir on Kazaa or any type of file sharing system. That usually works.

Well I'm asking if anyone knows of what the genre is called (if there is one) or if they know of any other songs like that. If I had to describe it I'd say Ambient Choir but I doubt I'd find anything if I typed that in.

It's just some chanting. It's not any kind of music.

Thanks for being a vague ass.

I was thinking about Halo too.. :/
Just in general I guess it could be categorized as music/sound that's often heard when you find a shrine in a dark place and the light is shining down upon it. Shrines.. holy places in general..

This anoys me much.. I did the same thing when I heard http://www.square-enix.co.jp/games/ps2/ffx2inter/ the music from that..

Would anyone know what kind of music plays on that anyway? :/
