Where to find StepMania Skins

Does anyone know where to get some? I like to splice together different types of skins to make my own custom cool ones. I have a few, but I could use some more cool graphics.

do you make skins from scratch and do you use c++,html, or somthing

What I usually do is find a set of metrics that I like, and then use those as the base since I can't read or right metrics very well. Then I just replace or modify certain images to make them work in the theme. I think I got all the images that I need for my next theme. I just need to decide what I want it to look like.

There's one currently in developement at ddrmanix.net but I haven't seen a conpleted one anywhere yet.

Techno Fiend is a really cool skin but i'n having trouble with it :S

Really? What alpha are you running it on, and is it full screen or window? I have mine in alpha 21 and in full screen and it runs great. No problems at all.

It's ok I fixed it. I was using alpha 20 instead of 21.

Is alpha 21 even out yet? I just went to the stepmania site and It was still at 20 on the home page. Link me please because I am having trouble with techno fiend to and I have 20.

Hehe, you have to go to stepmania.com and then click the option that lets you check other versions of it. Alpha 21 is under there at soundforge.

1. Go to Stepmania.com and click "Downloads"
2. Click "More Versions At Soundforge"
3. Click "StepMania-3.9-alpha21.exe" and download it from one of the mirrors.
4. Install it, and there you go.

Yeah, I've used that one. I have so many skins now that it's not even funny anymore. I've just been kinda busy and haven't gotten a chance to start working on mine.
