Alien Vs. Predator

I can't wait till this movie comes out. This is one of the only movies I really want to see.

On a somewhat related note, I think the creators of StarCraft sort of like Aliens, because I watched it the other day, and two lines the shuttle say is the are exactly the same two lines that airship thing says. One of them being "[something like watch out] We're in for some chop" And something else that sounds like "In the five. Five five five" I was never exactly sure what the shuttle was saying then. So...yeah, I noticed that.

The only thing I've ever seen related to Aliens and/or Predators is that one movie with ARNOLD. Predator I believe..

Are the other movies any good? :/

Sorry, guys. This does look quite stupid. Every X vs. Y movie in the past has just been a lukewarm attempt to cash in on two franchises at once, and ususally sucks. I haven't seen anything that looks all that impressive in this movie anyway. I'll most likely pass.

Yes... Blizzard took a lot of StarCraft from other places. It's not really as original a game as a lot of people thought it was for its time... bits and pieces from AvP. Ever notice a resemblance between the species? Zerg are like aliens and Protoss are like predators...

How do I know this? My boyfriend told me...

But I do like StarCraft. Nice game. I just know nothing about AvP.

it was ok actually....nothign to great....not really a movie to go see in theatres....but a movie to see when it comes out on DVD or something

I thought the movie was freakin' sweet. I'm a hardcore Predator fan, too. I haven't seen a full Alien movie, so I was wanting them to get completely pwned the whole time. Anyway, I really liked it. It wasn't the best movie I've seen by any means, but I like the franchises, so combining them wasn't any problem for me.

I saw it today and I thought it was alright. I found it to be a little comedic personally...but I thought Harold and Kumar was kind of funny go see that too. Oh well...do what you people please.

I expected more slashing and less "oh-noez-time-to-blow-everything-up." Like making some use out of the several cloaked predators. Just to reassure myself: the predators wouldn't get owned at the end, right? Because the chest-burster can't lay eggs since it'll grow to be a little "zergling" and get owned by the 100's of predators abord, right? Right?! [nervous look]
