My god how can u all live with yourselves

I live in London (UK) and the Dance games arnt that big here. However i know the location of the best arcades and 3 pump it up machines. I personally dont like pump it up but i think that if you can do it well the freestyle oppertunities are amazing.

Also it is not just korean coz there are Pump it Up UK moves

it definitely leaves a lot of room for some cool freestyle stuff, especially when you do it with a partner. me and my guy friend play it cause we only have pump it up by us, and i've watched some people do some crazy stuff....

I saw a guy doing a dobules game of PIU - he was incredible. I found a Pump It Up machine here in the US and played a game... I didn't get past the easiest song. It seems like the game's a little harsher with grading than DDR - I think I would've passed going by DDR's grading scheme. Not having a life bar means you can't tell until the end of the song whether you've passed. I prefer DDR in general, but the dancing with PIU does look cooler.

Actually, there is a life bar the top. It's the decible rating or whatever...

I didn't have too much trouble with PIU on the lvl 1 songs. Once I start getting into lvl 3/4, I'm usually toast. I can't get the damn combo arrows. The best is on the insane levels they'll throw in four arrow combos where you have to use your hands...kind of bizzre, but neat all in all.

Before I started DDR I played Pump It Up. It's awesome and I still play it. I managed just last month to finally go into hard mode. I still cannot beat Beethoven VIrus in Hard mode but it is still cool

Yeah, Pump is great. I'm up to level 7-8 Crazy mode songs, although I usually can't get better than a C on Mr.Larpus on Hard... dancedude, Virus is EASY once you know the spin. Trust me, I had massive trouble until I learned the spin. All in all, Pump is great, but I'm getting more into DDR since we now have a DDREX down here ^_^
