I'm currently rocking Delta (white).

I'd probably use delta if yellow didn't look green

For me it depends on the file.
Sometimes I'll use Beat Mania, Metal, and the default noteskin. Mostly I'll use Orbular. But I voted Metal, cause that's my current set up

For me orbs makes it loads easier to read more dense streams.

Orbular on FFR and on Stepmania Metal and occasionally Mina +-+-- or whatever (Noblemen might make their own noteskins, but only kings know how to procure others' hard work)

I hop back between Delta and Beatmania v2.
Delta is usually the sightrun and I usually pick up a good score. When I'm concentrating or trying to go for a good score, I have to use Beatmania v2 (Normal skin is a little too large for my eyes to handle) to be able to read the patterns properly. Also, only one who voted on the poll for Beatmania v2

Totally off-topic, but I would welcome custom noteskins into FFR if that was a possibility. Might be impossible due to engine constraints though.
