We got my friend to do DDR with one foot, it was one of the goddamn funniest things I've ever seen. He had to use his bad foot because his other one was broken.

It's just a differnet way of doing it, as was mentioned, he was using the crutches to support his weight (how else could he do it? Jump?). I don't think harder or easier are the right words as much as different.

It's not very hard, just have to have a lot of stamina, recently just for fun, I beat Let's Groove on heavy with 1 foot (I used 2 feet of course for the jumps).
