Hey guys! Welcome to the 9th Official FFR tournament! Here are the songs you have to play for the first round. Do bear with the ratings if they seem incorrect: Rob has been working on midterms and I'm using the preliminary ratings I had at the moment, and I also have an issue misrating lower speed files that are technical -- I have a feeling you all are going to hate The Whip's rating, lol (D5/D6/D7 were discussed, though).
Clouds from the East Musician: DJ Meas Step Artist: TC_Halogen Difficulty: 13 Song Length: 2:23 Hoot [AREIA Remix] Musician: Jun Areia Step Artist: DarkZtar Difficulty: 22 Song Length: 1:56 Reading For Days Musician: The Living Tombstone Step Artist: Xiz Difficulty: 42 Song Length: 1:57 The Whip Musician: Foxsky Step Artist: Xiz Difficulty: 54 Song Length: 2:39 Stories Can Wait (Virtual Riot Remix) Musician: Submatik Step Artist: Razor Difficulty: 64 Song Length: 2:31 Guile of the Rime King Musician: DJ Clonepa Step Artist: Fission Difficulty: 74 Song Length: 3:37 Mirage Garden (Full Version) Musician: xi Step Artist: ilikexd (congrats on an awesome first file in game )Difficulty: 75 Song Length: 3:51 All songs will be placed in the Funk genre for the duration of the tournament. I didn't get enough sleep to do well today, aiming for a 2 or 3 clean later in the week hoping that'll be a pass. Fun charts this round

Do the scores accumulate throughout the rounds or are the scores separate for each round?

This is an elimination tournament -- all rounds are separate from one another. Make it through the current round, and you start fresh trying to score on a different song to see if you move on to the next round (repeat process with increasingly difficult songs).
