well to make one you can either use PAINT or ADOBE PHOTOSHOP or any kind of program like that to make one...

but if you want one off your computer or something to have as your avatar....go to your profile and select it from there

go to profile>and scroll down to the place that says avatar>then browse for one from your comp or put in a URL from a site

http://images.google.com <-- run a search for whatever charachter you want and leap for joy when you get 1,500,000 pages of whatever you searched for. Find a picture youy like, save it to your desktop, by right clicking it and selecting save picture as

or... maybe he means set it up...

at the top of the front page of the forum
Profile>Upload Avatar from your computer, pick the file that you saved the pictur from Google Images and there you go.
