Your FFR / Stepmania ticks?

What are your FFR / Stepmania ticks?

Whenever I get into a really hard or fast stream I constantly lick my lips, I dont know why I do this but I do and I stop make myself not do it. This ONLY happens when I stream really fast. Nothing like this happens happens until I hit a stream. Also I will sometimes bite my tongue instead.

dose anyone els have any strange / weird ticks like this when they play??

i lean forward when hitting jacks and tense up. which is prolly why im bad at them.

cant think of anything else really.

I hold Tab to make menus go faster
Works great in SM, but not so well in FFR. Or Skyrim. Or League of Legends. Or any other game with menus that I play.

I do the same thing and it makes me better if I do it consciously with that purpose xD

I let my mouth hang whenever I play something hard.

i grind my teeth during easy parts of a song for some reason and i do what eze does

I trained myself to blink my eyes on every 4th beat. It avoids me from blinking at random times and it keeps me consistent. Now i just do it out of habit.

Oh I also forgot to add I hold my breath while I do fast / hard runs. So in some of my videos you can hear me like gasp for air after a long run lol.

I continously move my arms to a more comfortable spot.
I never find a perfect spot.
I clear my throat before any song.

i always look at caps lock to make sure it isnt on

and then when it is i have to try and turn it off without breaking combo

I slowly push my chair backwards during intense jacks. Since my chair was up against a wall, this was never a problem. I recently moved my workspace so there was empty space behind my chair, and now whenever I play songs like Grist, my keyboard quickly becomes out of reach.

I always move my keyboard around whenever I'm playing difficult songs.

Same goes to whenever I'm playing long songs too.
