The Official Home for the Throwers of Light
Howdy y'all. It's been quite some time. I'm sure we've all had plenty of time for plenty of shenanigans in my 2 year absence. Me personally, I've been doing a lot of traveling, learning countless things, and practicing lots of hobbies. Which, well, brings us to the point of this thread.
I want to know if anyone else out there practices in the art of the lightshow. Whether it's spinning, gloving, stringing, juggling or hooping there's a million and one ways to entertain the masses with lights. This thread is going to be dedicated to videos, pictures, tutorials, etc. Anything and everything you guys want to share about your experiences as a thrower of light, or questions you may have about becoming one or becoming better. I myself have been gloving since May of this year, I'd say I'm pretty decent, but others blow me away. Hopefully I'm not alone in my appreciation of light shows and this thread won't just die out. If it does oh well. Anywhoo, let's have to it shall we? It's pretty hard to get a really good shot of the lights, these 2 came out better than I could imagine. It helps when there are really good photographers around. Hopefully I'll get access to a pretty high def camera so I can film a show where the camera can keep up with my hands tl;dr OOOOOOOOOO LOOOK PRETTY COLORSSS!! |
